Practitioner with the help of guide teacher farms four groups of pupils, every group contains four to five pupils and named them as common fraction, numerator, denominator and whole etc.

She gives different colors of cloth, a scissor, a needle and a real of thread to every group.

She shows a piece of cloth, measure four fingers and cut from there with scissor and torn straightly this piece of cloth with hands then she get a rectangle piece.

Similarly every group tears the rectangle pieces of cloth.

Similarly she measure four fingers three times, cut them on these three points with scissor and tears them, then gain three pieces of square shaped.

Similarly every group tears the square shaped pieces of cloth

She shows and makes two layers of triangle shape and cut them and explains that a whole square is divided into two equal parts, each part is half of a whole square and written as ½ and read as one upon two. Simiulitanualy pupils work in groups.
